Nex Pest Control built its Slippery Rock University reputation on showing up when we say we will, quoting one flat price, and standing behind the work with a written guarantee.
We didn't start out trying to be the biggest name in Slippery Rock University pest control — we started by answering calls nobody else wanted to take on a Sunday night, and that's still who we are.
We keep our Slippery Rock University crew small enough that the technician who inspects your home is the same one who treats it, and often the same one who returns for the follow-up.
Nex Pest Control runs on one rule: quote it straight, treat the actual cause, and back it in writing. That's not a slogan — it's the reason Slippery Rock University repeat customers call us back for the next issue instead of shopping around.
None of this replaces an actual on-site inspection, but knowing Slippery Rock University's pest patterns ahead of time means fewer wasted visits and faster answers for you.
Here's what tends to show up right before a Slippery Rock University homeowner finally picks up the phone.
None of these are emergencies by themselves — but stacking up together is the Slippery Rock University homeowner's cue that this needs a real inspection. Waiting rarely makes the underlying colony smaller — it just gives it more time to spread into places that are harder and more expensive to treat.
Six service lines, one Slippery Rock University crew — here's what we're dispatched for most.
When the situation can't wait — an active hive, a sudden swarm, a rodent loose near food prep — Nex Pest Control's after-hours crew treats it with the same license and insurance as any scheduled visit, just faster. Our dispatcher asks a couple of quick questions to gauge urgency, then routes genuinely urgent Slippery Rock University cases ahead of standard scheduling.
We treat the foundation line, utility entry points, and interior hot spots of Slippery Rock University homes on a schedule built around what your specific property actually attracts, not a generic quarterly template. Interior baseboards and cabinet voids get the same attention as the exterior perimeter, since that's usually where activity is first noticed.
Commercial Wasp Control accounts get discreet placements and a paper trail — every visit logged, every finding reported, so you're never caught off guard by an inspector's question. Technicians can service before or after business hours so treatment never disrupts customers or staff.
We check the soil line, crawl space, and framing for mud tubes and wood-to-soil contact, then recommend either a liquid barrier or bait station system based on what's actually found. Liquid barrier treatments are mapped along the entire foundation line, not just the section where damage was first spotted.
We handle mice, rats, and the occasional squirrel or raccoon with humane methods and permanent exclusion work, not a one-and-done trap drop. Exclusion materials include hardware cloth, steel wool, and sealant rated for permanent structural gaps, not a temporary patch.
We'll flag chronic water sources on your Slippery Rock University property — a clogged gutter, an old planter — that keep re-seeding the population no matter how often we spray. A separate granular tick treatment along the yard perimeter can be bundled in for properties near wooded lots.
A short call to +1-844-564-2570 is usually all it takes to get a technician on the calendar. A dispatcher can usually give you an arrival window within minutes of the call.
A technician walks the property, identifies what's actually there, and shows you the entry point. Inspection covers both interior hot spots and the exterior perimeter, not just the room where you noticed activity.
You'll see one flat number before any product goes down — no per-visit surprises later. If the scope changes once we're inside, that gets quoted separately before we proceed, never added silently.
If anything's still active after the guarantee window, we're back at no extra charge. A written summary of what was treated and what to expect goes with you after every visit.
Every Slippery Rock University quote is written down and agreed to before any treatment begins, period. Ask any Slippery Rock University customer and they'll tell you the invoice matched the quote, no exceptions.
Local dispatch means less drive time and more slots available for Slippery Rock University same-day calls. Dispatch can usually give you a two-hour arrival window rather than an all-day wait.
Every Slippery Rock University technician carries state licensing and our company's liability coverage — ask to see it at the door. Insurance coverage protects your property in the rare event something goes wrong — most companies won't tell you that upfront.
Our guarantee terms are spelled out in your service agreement, not left to a phone-call negotiation later. Ask your technician for the specific guarantee window that applies to your treatment before they leave.
True around-the-clock coverage means an urgent call at 2am gets the same response as one at 2pm. Emergency pricing is quoted just as clearly as a daytime visit — urgency never means a hidden markup.
Our technicians have inspected enough Slippery Rock University attics and crawl spaces to know what's typical for your street before they even arrive. That local pattern data shortens the inspection and sharpens the first treatment plan, rather than starting from zero every visit.
We put the guarantee in writing on every Slippery Rock University service agreement — if the pest we treated for is still active after the recommended window, we return and re-treat at no charge.
This isn't a lifetime promise on every pest forever, but within the stated window it's unconditional — no forms to fill out, no argument about whether it counts. Ask any technician on our Slippery Rock University crew and they'll tell you the same thing — the guarantee exists so calling back is never a hassle.
